If you would like to know where your order is, please go to your order confirmation email for a tracking number.
AS SOON AS YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES, PLEASE REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE INMEDIATELY. WE ADVISE YOU TO FREEZE ALL SAVORY ITEMS AND SWEET ITEMS CAN BE STORED IN REFRIGERATOR FOR UP TO 2 WEEKS. ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS LAST 6 MONTHS FROZEN
Returns or Refunds
Since these are all perishable items, we do not accept returns or do Refunds. Please contact us within 1 day from delivery day if you have any issues. If there are any allergic reactions, we are not responsible. We list all our ingredients in every product. It is the customers responsibility to read this.
How do Tough Cookie products need to be stored?
We suggest that they are stored in the freezer to ensure the longest shelf life of 6 months, or they can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
How are Tough Cookie Products reheated if they are frozen or refrigerated?
All products are fully baked. The savory loaves and minis can be reheated or toasted in a toaster oven, a regular oven and they are also amazing in the air fryer. The sweets can also be warmed in a microwave or sliced and toasted in a regular oven or air fryer they are delicious too.
Is the best by date of the products for refrigerated or frozen storage?
The best by date on our breads and sweets is for frozen storage. If it is refrigerated it will only be 1 week or 2 weeks depending on how cold and humid your refrigerator is. That is why we recommend for all our products to be stored frozen.
Are your products Non-GMO?
Most of the ingredients that we use are NON-GMO, however we are still in the works of certifying our products as NON-GMO.
Where are your products made?
We make all our products in a commercial kitchen utilized only by us, in Hollywood, Florida. We are currently working on also acquiring our Paleo, KETO, Gluten Free, Grain Free and NON-GMO certifications. Our business is proudly women owned.
What does Paleo mean?
Paleo comes from the Paleo diet, which focuses only on eating unprocessed and nourishing foods. It was created keeping in mind the food items that were available and consumed by people in the paleolithic period. Grains, Dairy and legumes are not accepted in the Paleo eating regimen.
We are looking forward to the near future where we will have our Paleo certification in order to guarantee our customers that all our products are clean and made with Paleo ingredients.
Why is it important for Products to be Grain Free as well?
For our products to be certified Paleo, we also cannot add any grains to them. Grains are not part of a Paleo diet. Also, for some people, it is very hard for their bodies to break down grain proteins, which makes things complicated for their digestive system. Grains also contain disaccharides that are difficult to process, especially if a person already has digestive health issues. We do not use oats, rice, corn, millet, rye and sorghum.
What is Keto?
Keto diet consists of a very low-carb, high fat foods intake. It is focused in reducing the most amount of carbohydrates across a person’s daily foods and beverages. For a product to be considered KETO FRIENDLY, it must have no more than 6g of NET CARBS per serving NET CARBS = (total carbs- fiber) or for sweets (total carbs – fiber – sugar alcohols ).
Which of your products are KETO?
All of our KEGAN products are considered KETO and also VEGAN. Our Carrot Cake, Nut Free Sandwich Loaf and Everything Bagel Loaf are also KETO, however, NOT VEGAN, they are made with Organic Eggs.
What is CLEAN KETO?
It is products that are KETO, but they are made without Dairy and made only with healthy fats. In our case it is Organic Coconut Oil and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Are all your products made with Nuts?
Our NUT-FREE Sandwich loaf is made with only Coconut, Flax and Psyllium Husk. However it is not Vegan, it is made with Organic Eggs.
Are your products Soy Free and Peanut Free?
Yes, we are! Peanuts and Soy are Legumes, they are not considered PALEO.
Are your products dairy-free?
Yes, they all are !! Dairy is not accepted in the Paleo regimen.

We are every Saturday at the Coconut Grove Vegan Farmers Market. Located on Grand Avenue and Margaret Street in Coconut Grove Florida. Very soon we will be shipping across the United States when you order online.
